The Head of the Department calls a department meeting with the faculty members for academic and administrative planning purposes. Generally, the term beginning and the term end meetings are organized to plan and review the departmental activities. Thus the department organizes four meetings in the academic year. The focus of these meetings are preparing annual calendars, paper allotments, teaching plans, syllabus completion and adopting student evaluation methods, etc.
