Welcome to the commerce department which established in 1998. The main aim of the department is inculcate the culture of continuous learning in young minds and make them able to adopt to change the technology. The department offers Research Programs in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Marketing Management, Retail, Management, Family Business and Entrepreneurship etc.

The Commerce Department of Hon. Shri. Annasaheb Dange Arts Commerce and Science College is dynamic and forward thinking. Academic unit dedicated to providing students with compressive education in the world of business and economics. We are fully committed for excellence in commerce and management education. The commerce department has a team of highly qualified, experienced and energetic faculty members.  The department has also well-equipped infrastructure which includes computers, Internet, projector, screen etc. in a Completive environment in a general graduates are expected to the competitive with wide exchange of knowledge of skills and attributes. Therefore faculty of commerce and management department intends to enlighten undergraduates and post graduates to be right in endeavor by developing there distinct comprencies with human values and professionalism which laid them to be a successful, globally, employable and entrepreneurable graduates in the dynamic environment.

The department organize workshops, seminars, Webinars, National Seminars and conferences independently as well as in joint association with reputed professional bodies.  The faculty has published several research paper in national conferences. The department has good connect with industries, institutions and for seeking entrepreneurship and employment opportunities to students. Our department organizes for guidance in NET SET Examination and Career counseling. The department signed MOU with Ghodawat University Atigre to organize activities and programs collaborations.

I am confident that our department students and faculties would be an asset to the industry and useful for society through their technical and managerial capabilities. The department has three permanent and two visiting faculty members. One of the faculty members is the member of Board of Studies (BoS) and also has worked as a member of various University Committees such as LIC and SIM Editorial, etc. The university rank of student, good rate of placement and student progression, pivotal role of the faculty in University committees and curriculum design, organization of national seminar, Faculty members in the Creation of Self Instructed Material (SIM) at University level are some of the significant achievements of the Department of Commerce and Management .
