IPR and Industria Academy Cell

 

The Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Cell at Hon. Shri Annasaheb Dange ACS College, Hatkanangale, was established to foster an environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and protection of intellectual assets. The primary objective of the IPR Cell is to raise awareness among students and faculty about the importance of intellectual property rights. It aims to educate them on how to secure their inventions, designs, and creative works through patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other legal protections. The Cell conducts workshops, seminars, and training sessions to provide in-depth knowledge on various aspects of IPR and the process of patent filing. By doing so, the IPR Cell ensures that the college community is well-informed about their rights and the value of protecting their intellectual contributions.

The Industry Academia Cell at Hon. Shri Annasaheb Dange ACS College, Hatkanangale, serves as a vital link between the academic environment and the industrial sector. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Cell Policy

1. Objective: The IPR Cell aims to promote awareness, understanding, and protection of intellectual property among students and faculty, fostering an environment of innovation and creativity.

2. Scope: This policy applies to all students, faculty, and staff of Hon. Shri Annasaheb Dange ACS College, Hatkanangale, involved in research, innovation, and creative work.

3. Functions:

  • Awareness Programs: Organize seminars, workshops, and training sessions on IPR topics.
  • Guidance and Support: Provide assistance in the identification, protection, and management of intellectual property.
  • Patent Filing: Facilitate the process of patent application and other forms of intellectual property protection.

4. Roles and Responsibilities:

Industry Academia Cell Policy

1. Objective: The Industry Academia Cell aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry practices, enhancing the practical knowledge and employability of students.

2. Scope: This policy applies to all students, faculty, and industry partners associated with Hon. Shri Annasaheb Dange ACS College, Hatkanangale.

3. Functions:

  • Collaboration: Develop partnerships with industries for internships, industrial visits, guest lectures, and joint research projects.
  • Skill Development: Organize training programs and workshops to enhance the practical skills of students.
  • Industry Exposure: Facilitate real-world exposure through industrial visits and interaction with industry professionals.
  • Job Placement: Assist in the placement of students by connecting them with potential employers and organizing campus recruitment drives.
  • Research and Development: Promote joint research projects with industry partners to address real-world problems and innovate solutions.

4. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinator: Lead the Industry Academia Cell, organize activities, and maintain communication with industry partners.

6. Feedback and Improvement: Regular feedback will be collected from industry partners and participants to continuously improve the activities and initiatives of the Cell.

Formation of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Industry Academia Cell

In order to promote and manage intellectual property rights within our college, we are forming an IPR Cell. This cell will be responsible for creating awareness about IPR, facilitating the protection of innovations, and assisting in the commercialization of intellectual properties developed by our students and faculty members.

Composition of the IPR Cell:

The IPR Cell will work towards:

The cell will meet regularly to discuss and plan activities and will ensure that the college stays at the forefront of intellectual property management.
